Flags:
Applies while looking down at "water" textures (lava, water, slime etc). Each layer will move independent of the other water layers, so having multiple water texture layers, causes a realistic water shimmering effect.
0 just the standard water texture.
1 will add 1x water texture layer in addition to the standard one.
2 will add 2x water texture layer in addition to the standard one.
The default is 3, don't set it too high, each layer you add will decrease your FPS.
