Changes the display frequency Hz, Windows usually defaults to 60Hz unless you specify otherwise. The VESA standard for refreshrate to avoid eyestrain is 72Hz, the higher the refreshrate, the less eyestrain we get. This only applies to CRT monitors, low LCD refreshrate's have no effect eyestrain wise.<br />
