Disables inter-pollation of model verticies.
Or in other words, it turns your models into slideshows. Note that it takes quite a bit of maths to do the inter-pollation, so setting this cvar can yield a noticable framerate increase at the cost of gaining origional quake's animations. Definatly not one for movie makers.
