Certain qc mods do some evil things. More worryingly so, compilers actually support it. This can wreck havoc with FTE's field remapping (for nq/qw/h2 mod support). This fix offsets all fields but uses more memory in the process. You can get a more memory efficient server by setting this to 0, but some (read KTPro) mods will start to do strange things.
