FTE supports Nexuiz, singleplayer (with bots) and multiplayer

Any other version is not unsupported by FTE.
You must copy the FTE client to the Nexuiz folder, also you need CSQC.. which is available from TimeServ's personal site: An FTE Project Admin which needs to be installed (csprogs.dat) to the /nexuiz/data/ folder. Without CSQC, you won't have a HUD, or any weapon effects.
If the Nexuiz menu and HUD looks like ass; gl_blend2d 1, if it still looks like ass; gl_blendsprites 1
