Use Quake3 shaders on Quake3 maps. Shaders do not support all bumpmapping and specular features. Setting this to 0 can disable using q3 shaders on q3 maps. This is only really useful when the map was made for some other q3bsp engine that is not compatable with the q3 shader system.
