When a player reaches the "fraglimit" the server moves onto the next map unless the timelimit is reached before the fraglimit.
When any player on the server reaches the fraglimit value he wins that map and that game ends. If a server admin doesn't want to use a fraglimit he can set it to 0. The game will then play forever if no timelimit is set.
