Allow skyboxes to replace stock sky textures.

�Spikester� the point to it was because the origional skyboxes found in various engines (like fuhquake...) exhibit that skybox wallhack bug when skyboxes are enabled.
�Spikester� so the engines that do have that bug need that cvar to be set in order to use skyboxes.
