Use this cvar to prevent the windows keys from switching back to windows (annoying for any user of a 105 key keyboard). When set, it will also allow you to bind the windows keys as LWIN and RWIN.
This cvar does not work in Windows prior to Windows2000, and doesn't exist on other platforms.
