Enables a mouse pointer which is able to click on entities in the world, useful for point and click mods.
This cvar applies when using FTE as a client for darkplaces protocols greater than version 6.
This forms part of the PRYDON_CLIENTCURSOR extension as documented here:

Note that FTE's own protocols do not support this extension. This extension is not advertised on FTE's server, even if clients using the DP6 protocol may be connected at the time.
